From my experiences, ET does not use Earth's languages. Occasionally they use short sentences, but it's rare.
If they use Earth language, probably sounds were taken from already recorded audios such as movies, TV programs, from Documentaries, etc., and from your memories.
They can use sounds or conversations, visuals, feelings, sounds, voices anything from data stored in your mind.
For example, they sent me a voice in English during an experiment to gravitate me in my bedroom while I was profoundly awake.
Yes, they tried to float me above my own bed.
During it, I heard a voice in English in my head very clearly.
"We have done this before."
Voice was taken from recorded audio, the sound was probably J. Robert Oppenheimer.
Remember this.
They don't speak like a human.
They prefer not to use earth languages.
Their way of communication is through extrasensory perceptions.
It's based on clairsentience, aka Empath, which is the base of other extrasensory abilities works through resonation.
They will communicate you with visions, holographically constructed short movies.
You will receive feelings, it could be overwhelming levels for you.
You will experience emotions never felt before.
You will see colors never seen before.
You will hear the sounds never heard before.
You feel bodily sensations never felt before.
They can make you feel inside of your own brain to grasp it, or any other organs in the same degree, they can make you feel at the bone marrow level.
They also communicate with you with energy.
They will send you specific vibrations with multi-faceted information.
They can re-create tastes or fragrant if they want to send it to you.
Merely to say, they will make you understand without a word in a variety of ways.
And you will understand meta-cognitively.
The closest expression in English would be,
"Oh, I get it."
For them, any kind of Earth language is so limited to utilize, because it has limitations.
Any definition of the words or sentences depends on the person, the same sentences could be differently translated and understood by individuals.
It calls "lost in translation."
They don't think like humans. Because they don't need to.
Their brain functions differently.
They communicate with ESP based on empath resonation.
The human conception of the telepathy may be limited too.
The way of communication could be different depends on the races and their abilities.
If they decided to communicate with you, you would be trained by them in extended periods, through a variety of experiences.
Because you need to learn their way of communication and new Brain functions and skill needs to be developed.
If you are looking to communicate with them, you want to develop intuition, inner vision, high sensitivities with vibrations, frequencies, feelings and bodily senses.
Not only that, you better start to work on yourself on many levels.
Inner development is the most crucial aspect of communication.

Because they want earth humans to evolve.
Evolve to the next stage of existence closer to them.
How can you start your own evolution toward them?
Evolution going to occur within you.
In whole states of your existence.
Primely within your host body and the energetic structure in design and functions, and your conscious bodies, aka light bodies.

Earth humans do not know how it goes.
But they know.
Because they have been through this process in their past.
