E.T. contact and breathing. Developing Body Senses.


A lot of people meditate every day. The reason is various, to gain focus to stress management, for their health, including mental, emotional states, aim to reach specific states of enlightenment, also to make E.T. contacts.



Meditation modalities vary from Buddhism to Vedic, Zen, Transcendental, Guided Meditations, Mindfulness, Chanting Meditation, and Free forms, etc. Those are mostly sitting meditation format.


And they're also moving Meditation, like walking Meditation, any types of exercises could take to meditative states.


The professional sports industry introduce to athletes' meditation practice includes focusing and bio-feedback to gain control of their body to an exponential level to push the limits to achieve the goal.


All those mind exercises change the conditions and then change the states.


Includes states of mind, focus points, emotional states, perceptions, also reactions.


Merely to say, it changes you a bit to enter different states of experience.


All those varieties of meditations are the Mind tech per se.


Everything happens mainly in your mind, also within your wholeness.


As far as you go, experiences expand gradually towards physical experience.


Meditation can take your mind to a particular state or condition.


It usually takes a meditator toward relaxed rules with calmness, peace, clarity, and more awareness.


You can gain more focus, broader perceptions, vibrant imagery, includes Hallucinogenic visions.


And, ultimately, another world reality experience.



You'll see things never saw before.


You'll feel sensations never felt before.


You'll enter the reality never been before.



How could this happen?


Can you guess why?


The whole body creates the states, not only your mind.



Memorize this.


Your brain creates reality along with whole body functions.


The brain is supported by the wholeness of the body.


Without the body, the brain can not sustain and function.


Your whole body works as an energetic proportion system.



Since whole-body influences brain conditions in a variety of ways, when bodily sensation calms down, your brain starts to calm down too.


For example, after you get a good massage, you feel body differently, and then you can not think much, your tensions melt away, and same time your mind melted in an equal manner.


When you meditate, a simple change of physical status, sitting in a chair or lotus position, being quiet, focusing only on breathing could change the whole body conditions.


And it will lead to improving your brain activities.


Once your body calms down, your mind follows. Once your body and mind calm together, the brain can utilize more energy to work with.


These dynamics works both ways.


Your body conditions can drive your mind, and vice-versa, the brain can drive physical health if you master bio-feedback.

Before the Meditation, loosen your body as much as you can.


Light stretch for a while would help.


You can sit on the chair or lotus position, even lay down.


When you sit the chair, straight up your spine vertically.


Usually, the spine naturally curves, but when you meditate, you want to make it very straight from tailbone to top of the head.


Tailbone to the sacrum, Lumbar, Thoracic, Cervical, Cranial needs to be very straight vertically.


This takes time to master, and various muscles need to be developed—notably lower abdominals.


Tight the anus and below the navel pulls together.


If body curves, energy highly likely creates spiral movement, instead of straight-up smoothly.



Next step


sensing your whole body head to toes.


Keep breathing a little slower and a little more in-depth than usual.


Keep up the rhythm slower, deeper little by little, very slowly.


Do not cut the breath to stop it, naturally keep continuing rhythmically.


Be with breathing for a while.


One minute to a few.


Focus on breathing will change the physical states along with it.


Be aware of your breathing, and the same time grasps tensions and tightness of your body.


Sense from the surface to under the skin.


Give your full attention to the whole body.


The body is the temple of your soul.


Knowing your body may take some time.


Try to map whole body conditions, parts by parts.


When you exhale, breathing out tensions repeatedly.


Keep a focus on senses, feelings of your body.


Be with your body until it's calm down.


When your body releases tensions, you will know it through senses.



Memorize this.


Calms your body ease the mind.



Once your body, physical vehicle calms down, your energetics also calms down.


You want your energy circuit in peace and smooth, not too active, not too slow either.


Once your body calms down to a particular state of serenity, you will notice more calmness in your mind, and clarity will arise.



Before going to do any kind of meditation exercise, you want to condition physical states first.


Before you make contact with E.T., you want to make contact your body and start to know your own vehicle.


Because of your physical vehicle creates meditative states and its experiences.


Merely doing this Meditation can take you to the states rather quickly.


Because you are not doing much in your mind, imagine scenes or thinking or anything.


Those mind activities use energy.


Most people can not create images without utilizing power efficiently.


You do not need to imagine anything.


Use intention with a simple image instead.


Intent achievement.


Intention only can take you there.


I recommend to not imagining anything until a certain point.


Surprised?


Because Meditation itself brings you the images or visions, you need to see.


Imagining something could influence the active circuit and its flow to weaken.


Until energetics naturally organize the whole circuit system, you want to keep up the energy up to a particular volume until the entire body sustains calmness and balance.

Meditation itself brings you the visions you need to see.



Do not rush this process.


Conditioning is more important than rushing to create images.


Learning Biofeedback and master it will help big time.


Once you gain communication with your own body and gain control, to know how to navigates through your senses, it gives you more potential.


Actually, UFO works this way, because most of it uses conscious technology.


Many of them are organic in nature.


It mapped with their consciousness through the control device.


They can control their vehicle with their mind or intentions.


And they do not communicate with Earth languages like you do.


Highly likely, you will understand or knows through senses and metacognition, also visions.


This is just a basic of basic.
